Qadeer, Peng, Napol, Brian, Kuini, Siham and I went to kickboxing today together. It was the first time for me and Qadeer. I paired up with Peng. Qadeer paired up with the hot girl instructor (but he doesn't think she's hot. So 5 min warm-up, we ran, jump like crazy....I haven't exercised recently so I was so tired. Then we paired up, practiced the combination of "jap, kick, hook, kick" "jap, cross". My blood sugar went down so I felt a bit dizzy but after taking a break I was ok. Peng and I took turn to hold the pads.
For the closing part, we have to jump, sit-up, push up, wing, lift leg...kept repeating the whole process three times......I couldn't do push up properly.
After class, my legs were shaking lol.
Qadeer, Peng and I went for bubble tea afterward and Qadeer drove Peng and me home.
